Chris Calafiore

Chris Calafiore has over two decades of experience in the construction industry and has managed various project types throughout the United States. With an emphasis on completing projects under budget and ahead of schedule, Mr. Calafiore has provided leadership on the construction of both commercial and industrial facilities in 17 different states, consisting of multi-story office buildings, heavy industrial facilities, as well as warehouses with floor areas exceeding one million square feet.

Frank Flores

With over 15 years experience in the construction industry, Frank Flores has managed numerous projects through the complete planning and construction process including land acquisition, entitlement, design, budgeting, permitting, construction and closeout. Mr. Flores has a strong background in project estimating and cost control, including value-engineering to meet client budgetary requirements.
